ORDERING PROCESS

2. CUSTOM DETAILS

During your complimentary consultation, a specialist will work with you to select your desired invitation, font, colors, etc. We will discuss the details of your desired stationery, and brainstorm together to create the perfect invitation for you!

You will have the opportunity to see samples of our work, embellishments, and paper swatches.

You are welcome to share any pictures, ideas, and/or colors inspirations!

After your consultation, we will formulate a detailed pricing estimate based upon your request, along with your contract within 3 business days. Before moving forward with personalizing, you will be required to sign the contract, and pay a 50% non-refundable deposit, which will go towards your final cost. 

CUSTOM:

 

*In addition to the 50% deposit, all custom suite designs will also require a $80.00

non-refundable design fee. (This amount DOES NOT go towards your final cost as it is a fee for designing your custom digital invitation suite) $80.00 covers your invitation suite only. There will be an additional charge for all other custom stationery.

Upon receipt of your signed contract and deposit,(plus custom charges when applicable) you are booked for the design and execution of your order.

3. PROOF

Using your desired font and wording, we will personalize your chosen design and email your design concepts in a digital PDF format within 3-4 business days for you to review and approve. *Custom designs may require a 5-7 business day turnaround.

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and make changes until you are satisfied with your design.

Once you have settled on your design, a final proof will be emailed. It is your responsibility to review that every detail is just the way you'd like! After your final approval, materials are order and the project goes to production. 

*Please keep in mind that Inkfolio will not be responsible for unexpected changes once they have been approved by you. Please double check your information for accuracy. 

4. PRODUCTION

Once you have approved your final proof, your order will be pushed to Production. This is the final process before delivery. We know how important this day is for you! Rest assure that your invitations are being carefully hand assembled by our team of experts. 

 

During this process, we are printing your approved stationery and gathering all of the supplies needed to create your invitations such as your chosen card stock and embellishments. This process can take 3-8 weeks, depending on the order details.

NOTE: Inkfolio will not be responsible for unexpected changes that were previously approved during the proof process. Please double check your information for accuracy. Changes to information during this step may required full re-payment.

7. DELIVERY

Hooray! Your invitations are complete! Your final invoice will be sent to you. Upon receiving payment, you may choose to have the invitations shipped for an additional cost, or schedule a free pickup if you're in

the Metro Jackson area.
