We cannot guarantee that identical embellishments displayed in our online photos will still be available from our suppliers at the time of ordering (i.e. ribbon, lace pattern, mini brooch, etc.). We will make a good faith effort to match the embellishment shown or requested. If a piece is not available, you authorize Inkfolio to make a complementary substitution based on our professional opinion and your requested design. In most cases, as a courtesy we will show you the chosen replacement before proceeding.


Please carefully review your proofs for any errors, including spelling, information accuracy, and layout. Once you have approved your final proof, any errors or unexpected changes will be corrected at your expense.


Our team of experts work hard to assure that your order is completed to your absolute satisfaction. In the unlikely event that a printing error should occur due to Inkfolio, the issue will be resolved at no additional cost to you.  


Due to the nature of handmade items, some slight variations may occur with each invitation, however, they will not alter the overall look of your invitations. Some size inconsistently may occur with our natural embellishments such as starfish, wheat, etc. 


After your consultation, a timeline will be established based upon your desired order details. This outline will be included in your contract. We strive to meet your predetermined timeline, however it is very important that you as the client provide feedback in a timely manner. Deadlines can be extended due to delayed client action or response. Should this occur, Inkfolio will not be held responsible for extended turnaround due to a delay in client feedback.


Inkfolio reserves the right to change prices without notice. All price quotes are valid for 30 days. Please note that changes in pricing may be affected by an increase in supplier, service, and/or production cost. 


All designs and concepts are property of Inkfolio and should be used for personal use only. Our work may not be reproduced or sold without consent. We retain all personal rights to use preliminary and complete designs for display purposes, or at other client request. We may take photographs of your stationery or invitations for promotion.

We reserve the right to use all of these images for

promotion, reference, or display without compensation to you.  


Before beginning the design process, a 50% deposit is due to secure your order. The remaining 50% balance will be due before receiving your completed order. In additional to the 50% deposit, custom designs require additional fees. 

 We utilize square for all invoice payments. 


The client will assume all shipping and postage when delivering invitations to guest. Invitations occasionally incur additional postage because of their weight, or due to the shape of the finished piece. We would suggest visiting your local post office for an accurate mailing quote. Inkfolio is not responsible for invitations or stationery that is lost in the mail or is destroyed through the mailing process.


Should your order require shipping, your stationery will be properly packed and shipped to you at an additional cost. Any shipping charges will be added to your final invoice. You may also pick-up your order to avoid shipping charges. Inkfolio is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping and/or mailing or invitations that are not delivered.


Orders may be considered RUSH if they are needed within a 2-3 week turnaround. Rush orders are accepted depending on availability and the requirements of the project. A charge of $1.00 - $2.00 per invitation will be assessed for rush orders depending on the desired turnaround. Inkfolio currently accepts cash and/or credit cards.


If there is a need to cancel your order, please contact Inkfolio right away. If your final approval has NOT been received and your project HAS NOT gone into production, you are responsible for your deposit and any additional materials/add-ons that were ordered. If your project has gone into the production process, you are responsible for the entire amount as stated in your contract. Because of the personalization of custom stationery, orders are non-refundable, without exception. Every effort is made to assure your satisfaction. If there is an error on the part of Inkfolio, we will do our best to correct the problem.


The deposit for each project (save the dates, invitations, etc.) is 50% of the entire order. The deposit is due at the time of your order. Design will not begin without the deposit. The deposit will be applied to the total amount due for the order. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full before receiving your completed invitations.


All changes and additions (such as invitation count) will incur additional charges and must be requested in a reasonable amount of time to assure delivery. Some requests may not be feasible and therefore will not be honored.
