TURNAROUND TIME
From ordering to delivery, the process typically takes between 5 to 9 weeks depending on how long you need to put together your wording, give feedback on your design proofs and the total quantity of stationery needed. NOTE: Turnaround time may vary depending on your order details.
STANDARD TIMES:
INITIAL DESIGN PROOFS: 2- 4 DAYS*
Once we have received your personalized information, you will receive your digital PDF within 2 - 4 business days. *Custom designs may require 5-7 business days.
PROOF REVISIONS: 1-2 DAYS
Once we receive your feedback, we will make any requested revisions to your design. The revised proof will be emailed back to you within 1-2 business days. NOTE: You are allowed 3 free rounds of revisions with your design. There will be a $15.00 fee for each additional round of revisions. Custom orders have unlimited revisions.
PRODUCTION: 2-7 WEEKS
Just sit back and relax! We have received your final approval, and your order has been put into production! Rest assure that our team of experts are assembling your invitations with care. Inkfolio sources superior stock from several quality suppliers. During this step, we are printing your invitations and gathering all of the supplies needed to begin creating your invitations. Please allow approximately 2-7 weeks for this process.
DELIVERY
Your beautiful handmade invitations are complete! Schedule a free pickup if you are in the Metro/Jackson, MS area. If you wish to have your invitations shipped to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. *Shipping will be determined based upon order quantity.
RUSH ORDERS
If you need your order in a hurry, please contact us about placing a rush order. Once paid, we will begin working as soon as possible. The minimum turnaround time for a rush order is 15 business days, however please keep in mind this estimated turnaround will vary depending on the order details. Rush services may not be available for some large quantities.
